If you choose pre-primed boards, it will generally take an additional 3-5 days to have your home exterior painted, but the sky’s the limit on your color choice!

2. Your Windows and Doors Will Be Covered

Siding installation will be done around your existing windows and doors, so they will be carefully shielded to prevent any damage. 

3. Your Siding Will Be Removed

The current siding, trim, fascia, and soffits on your home will be removed and disposed of. 

4. Any Needed Repairs Will Be Addressed

Moisture intrusion can create wood rot, mold, and deterioration to your home exterior. Sometimes when siding is removed, damage you may not have been aware of is uncovered. All needed repairs will be tackled before your new siding is installed. 

5. HardieWrap Is Installed

6. Hardie Siding Panels Are Nailed Into Place

This takes the bulk of the project’s time and will be done accurately by the certified team of experts. If you choose factory finished ColorPlus technology, your siding installation will be complete once panels are mounted. 

7. If You Selected Pre-Primed Siding, It Will Be Painted at This Time

Home exterior painting is a meticulous process and will take several days.

8. Your Exterior Will Be Cleaned Up Thoroughly

We will make sure your yard is free from any trace that we were there. We use magnets to capture any material left behind, so you don’t step on or run over anything. We’ll pick up any stray debris to ensure your property is not only safe but also looks fabulous when we leave. 

9. Final Inspection

We verify your siding was installed properly, and we take time to answer any questions you may have before we leave your property.
